AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCES – Century Properties

MANILA, Philippines – An iconic, initial of its sort man-created beach cove, complete with pristine white sand, and many water slides will be the main attraction of the new resort-design condominium improvement that Century Properties is set to build in Parañaque City. Dubbed the Azure Urban Resort Residences, the project is a beach-inspired vertical village of around nine residential buildings. Constantly pushing the envelope in higher-rise residing, Centurys design and advancement group, such as the award-winning masterplanning firm Broadway Malyan, endeavored to bring the holiday knowledge to Azure. We bring the beach closer to the city, and correct outside every homeowners balconies, so that every day fells like youre on trip. Azure is also a low density project that will offer you residents the ease of residing in an urban resort residence. Only on 20 percent of the six-hectare land will be built. The rest will be devoted to open space, amenities, landscape, and a circumferential road close to the home.
